Srinagar, 20th Dec: In light of the prevailing scam orchestrated by Creative Curative Surveys Pvt Ltd in Jammu and Kashmir, Mr. Maroof Khan, a prominent social-political activist, issues a stern reminder to the youth, urging caution in investment decisions. The shocking 59 Crore scam serves as a stark revelation of the risks associated with shortcut methods in financial transactions.
Having engaged in discussions with the authorities, Mr. Khan has formally requested the J&K Police to take immediate action, not only against those directly involved in the #HeraPheriReturns scam but also against individuals who supported it for personal gains. In a bold move, he advocates for the immediate seizure of movable and immovable properties belonging to influencers and endorsers who urged their followers to invest in the 59 Crore fraud. Alternatively, Mr. Khan suggests that these individuals should sell their houses to compensate those who have suffered due to the agency’s fraudulent activities.
Mr. Khan emphasizes the imperative to prioritize financial literacy and due diligence as essential safeguards for hard-earned money. He assures the public that the Police are actively pursuing the matter and that those responsible for the fraudulent activities will be apprehended soon.
