Kulgam 22Oct. :In a significant legal victory, the High Court has issued an order for the release of relief in favor of registered Muslim migrants. Dr. Malik Shayak, esteemed Council Member of National Human Rights (sjc) WWAO JK, was accorded the distinguished status of Guest of Honor at the event.

Under the sagacious guidance of Director General National Human Rights (sjc) Global WWAO, Mr. Dr. MI Zargar Patnavi, Dr. Malik Shayak actively participated in the program, held in Paragram.
